So Senator Stevens continues to be more concerned about a boob on our TV (Artist-authorized MP3, 3mb) than about either the violence that surrounded the halftime show or the indecency of wasting taxpayer dollars on these stupid hearings. Nope. No frivolity in our government.

Meanwhile, we're getting near the need for another long black wall from a land war in Asia. If that doesn't qualify as "indecent," why should a "clothing malfunction"?

If you care about the state of the law, start here — Howard's commentary is far better balanced, better informed, and better considered than any of the media outlets. To concentrate on the US Supreme Court, don't forget SCOTUSBlog.
