No More Boobs on My TV

It's official. Sort of. CBS has been fined half a megabuck (PDF) for Janet Jackson's "wardrobe malfunction." Frankly, the rest of the halftime show was in such bad taste that I'm uncertain how they could distinguish a mammary, but I'm not on the FCC. Too bad John McCutcheon isn't; at least he has a better sense of humor about it (MP3 [artist authorized], 2.9mb).

If you care about the state of the law, start here — Howard's commentary is far better balanced, better informed, and better considered than any of the media outlets. To concentrate on the US Supreme Court, don't forget SCOTUSBlog.
