Is it just me, or is the media uncharacteristically eschewing some opportunities for cheap shots by not pointing out the multiple ironies of Jack Ryan's departure from the race for the US Senate seat from Illinois due to allegations concerning sexual misdeeds by his former Borg former wife? Is it, perhaps, that Jim Ryan is still trying to force conformity by everyone he meets (hint: this is called a "rhetorical question")? Or, perhaps, that even a Borg couldn't assimilate his behavior? Or, most likely of all, that the "family law" system in California has now given us two instances in less than two weeks proving that it is likely irreparably broken?
