Congratulations

... to the winners and finalists for the Nebula Awards, especially my clients among them. These are the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America awards for the best in their respective categories with eligibility ending in 2006. It's a strange, rolling eligibility window; for all practical purposes, it will include ordinarily works published from September to September, but there will be occasional exceptions (especially for shorter works).
